At the end of 77, four friends from Egaleo (Panagiotis Mumtzidis, Konstantinos Valamidis, Dimitrios Mitsakis and Gerasimos Nasopoulos) with vision and ambitions, decide to join forces and their knowledge in the field of retail trade.
Thus, in March 1978, they created the general partnership (LLC) for the retail sale of footwear, with the distinctive title YPEPAGORA SHOES and founder Panagiotis Moumtzidis.
It was the first big store in the area, which sold quality footwear for the whole family (family shop) at the best prices in the market.
In 1994, however, the company changed its form and became a sole proprietorship with the same distinctive title and activity, but with a different name “Georgios P. Mumtzidis”.
Since then until today the store continues to operate offering unique designs and services at the best possible quality and price.
