1. Introduction

The online store shoesonly.gr is owned and operated by the company ShoesOnly (hereinafter “the Company”).
By accessing and using this website, as well as placing any order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Orders

Orders at shoesonly.gr can be placed electronically through the shopping cart or by phone.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify any order in cases of technical errors, incorrect prices, or unavailability of products.

3. Payment Methods

Within Greece

  1. Cash on Delivery: Payment in cash upon delivery by ELTA Courier.
  2. Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard):
    Transactions are carried out securely through certified SSL-256bit encrypted connections and GeoTrust digital certification.
  3. PayPal: Payments through PayPal are processed under the strict terms of PayPal’s own service policies.
  4. Bank Deposit:

4. Shipping Methods

Within Greece

All shipments are carried out exclusively by ELTA Courier within 2–3 business days.
Deliveries to remote areas may require an additional 1–2 days.

  • For orders under €50: Shipping cost €5.00
  • For orders over €50: Free Shipping

All prices include VAT.

Delivery days: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (excluding public holidays).

5. Return & Exchange Policy

Greece

Exchanges are accepted if:

  • The product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • The product received does not match the one ordered (in this case, there is no extra charge).

In all other cases, the exchange cost is €6 total (€3 return + €3 reshipment).

All exchanges must be made only via ELTA Courier within 14 days of receipt and apply exclusively to items from the same collection.

Cyprus

Exchanges from Cyprus are accepted only if the product received does not match your order.
The return must be made within 5 business days from receipt, at no extra charge.

6. Return Procedure

  1. Place a new order for the desired product, noting that it refers to an exchange.
  2. Alternatively, contact us at +30 211 0192 786.
  3. The exchange cost is €6 (€3 return + €3 reshipment).
  4. Return address: Markou Botsari 10, Aigaleo, 12241, Athens, Greece.

7. Return Conditions

  • Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.
  • Use only ELTA Courier for returns.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days from delivery.
  • After 14 days, the Company reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, without damage, dirt, or signs of use.

8. Wrong Deliveries

If you receive the wrong product, please inform us within 3 days of delivery.
There will be no charge for the customer.

9. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you may choose to:

  • Request a replacement, or
  • Request a free repair (where feasible).

The Company does not accept returns if the defect is caused by misuse or wear.
All defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery after contacting us.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content of this website (logos, photos, text, products) is the intellectual property of ShoesOnly.gr
and is protected under Greek and EU law. Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, technical issues).

12. Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679)
and the privacy policy of shoesonly.gr.
