RETURN POLICY
Greece
Changes are accepted:
a) If the product has not been used and is in its original packaging, exactly as you received it.
b) If the product you received does not match the product of your order. In this case, there is NO charge for this replacement.
Otherwise, the cost is 3 euros (product return) + 3 euros (new product shipment), for a total of 6 euros.
All changes can ONLY be made with the company HELLENIC POST SA (ELTA).
Changes are accepted within fourteen (14) days upon request and always concern the same collection.
Cyprus
Changes from Cyprus will ONLY be accepted if the product you received does not coincide with the product of your order.

Your return must be made within five (5) working days of receipt and must be in the original packaging exactly as you received it.
In this case, there is NO charge for this replacement.

Returns procedure
If you wish to return the product for size/colour/code changes, you will need to place a new order for the product you are interested in. Don’t forget to note that it is a replacement for the previous product. Otherwise you can contact us at 211 0192786.
In this case, you will be charged the shipping cost is 3 euros (product return) + 3 euros (new product shipment), total 6 euros.
In addition, you must send the product back to our store at 10 Markos Botsaris Street, Egaleo / P.C. 12241.
The changes are calculated according to the current prices.
Refund conditions
The following conditions must be applied in full in order for the returned product to be accepted:
Returns without prior notice to the store will NOT be accepted.
Use only HELLENIC POST SA (ELTA) for your changes.
Your request for a change must not exceed fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
After fourteen (14) days from the day of delivery, Yperagora Shoes reserves the right not to accept the change of the product.
All returned products must be delivered to us in the original condition in which you received them, with no signs of wear or damage.
Otherwise, they will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
Wrong deliveries
If the product you received is not the product you ordered, you must return it within 3 days from the day of delivery. In this case, there is no charge for the customer.

Defective products
If you receive a defective product, you can:
(a) Replace it with another.
(b) Request a repair free of charge, unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate costs.
ShoesOnly will not accept products if the defect was caused by you or the returned product is dirty, or worn and generally gives the impression of having been used or worn.
